Judge James L. (Jamie) Cotton will give a lecture on Abraham Lincoln and the Gettysburg Address, based on his book The Greatest Speech, Ever.  There will be time to have brief refreshments, chat with ORICL members and RSCC students, and enjoy the new building - including tours of the new facility!

This will be an opportunity to learn about ORICL – bring your Friends!!

Location:  Lobby and Lecture Rooms of the brand new Goff Building on the Roane State Oak Ridge Campus.

3:00 – Light Refreshments
3:30 – Lecture
4:30 – Building Tours, if desired
