Roane State Community College

The annual Oak Ridge Street Painting Festival was held Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Roane State Community College. Prizes were presented to artists in each category, including a cash award of $75 for first place, $25 for second place, and $15 for third place.

A $300 prize was given for Best in Show and a $200 prize was given for People’s Choice Award.
