Born and raised in Notchy Creek, Tennessee, my love for the natural world and all life forms was instilled in me from a young age. That love has led me to major in Biology here at Roane State and will carry me to major in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology at UTK. During my time here, I have taken a wide variety of courses and done well in them; I was even awarded the General Biology Award, the General Chemistry Award, and the Outstanding Freshman Award.
