Peer Mentor Application Form

If you qualify to become a Peer Mentor and would like to participate in our program as a Mentor, please complete the application below:

Peer Mentor minimum qualification requirements

Must have already earned at least a “B” grade in COLS 1010 or have been exempt from taking the course (Catalog: COLS 1010 - Study, Organize, Succeed)
Must have completed and earned 12 institutional credit hours
Must have completed 75% of institutional credits attempted
Must have at least an institutional 2.5 GPA

Peer Mentors are paid temporary employees of the college.
