Located on Roane State’s Cumberland County campus, the Cumberland Business Incubator provides a variety of services to help entrepreneurs and small businesses grow and prosper. Workshops are held regularly, and office space and support are available for start-up businesses.

Business hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday

Directions

If you are on I-40E (coming from Nashville area)

  1. Take I-40 East to exit #320 (Genesis Road Exit).
  2. Turn left on Genesis Road.
  3. Go over interstate to Cook Road
  4. Turn right onto Cook Road, which is located by the Stonehaus Winery.
  5. Follow Cook Road for less than one mile to the Cumberland County Center which is located on the right side of the road.

If you are on I-40W (heading toward Crossville from Knoxville)

  1. Travel I-40 West to exit #320 (Genesis Road Exit).
  2. Turn right onto Genesis Road.
  3. Travel a short distance to Cook Road.
  4. Turn right onto Cook Road, which is located by the Stonehaus Winery.
  5. Follow Cook Road for less than one mile to the Cumberland County Center located on the right side of the road.

If you are traveling from North 127

  1. Follow 127 South to I-40E
  2. Turn left onto I-40 East.
  3. Travel to the next exit #320 and follow directions above.
  4. If you are traveling from South 127 or Highway 68
  5. Follow 127 North to Genesis Road
  6. Turn right onto Genesis Road
  7. Travel to I-40 (approximately 3 miles) cross over I-40 to Cook Road
  8. Follow directions above
