Tuition and fees are assessed and payable at registration each semester. Registration is not considered complete until all assessed tuition and fees have been paid. Tuition and fees paid by check are not considered to have been paid until the check has cleared the bank. Students who have not met all financial obligations at the college will not be permitted to attend classes. No student will be permitted to reenroll, graduate, or receive a transcript until all financial obligations to the college have been satisfied. All tuition and fees are subject to change by direction of the Tennessee Board of Regents and will be posted on Roane State’s website as changes are made. The current semester class schedule should be consulted for current tuition and fee rates.
