The Bursar's Office accepts payments and answers questions regarding student accounts.

Deadlines for Fee Payment

January 9, 2024 is the last day to make payment for Spring 2024 semester (full-term classes) to avoid being dropped from classes.

A $20 late fee will be assessed if balances are not paid by January 15, 2024

Charging Books with Financial Aid Or Third Party Sponsorship

Books can be charged for Spring 2024 semester between January 8, 2024 and January 19, 2024; (*please note campus closure dates on Calendar) at the Harriman and Oak Ridge Bookstores. Books can be charged against excess Financial Aid. Books can also be charged online through the Roane State Follett Bookstore site.

TN eCampus Book Voucher

TN eCampus books can also be charged against your excess Financial Aid. Book information can be found at the TN eCampus Bookstore.

Complete the TN eCampus Book Voucher Form and email it to BusinessOffice@roanestate.edu. The voucher must be filled out completely meaning all book information, a shipping method, new or used selected, and address information on where to ship the books.
