TBR Transient Use Agreement

1. Provides short-term, continuing, non-exclusive use of facilities, such as evening use of high school space as a teaching extension site for a semester.
2. Distinct from the event-oriented Use Agreement in Guideline B-030.
3. Can be for TBR use of non-TBR facilities, or non-TBR facilities.

Membership/subscription numbers are assigned to all institutional memberships and subscriptions and may be used on future renewal requisitions. If you are unsure about whether a membership/subscription number has been assigned, please check out the current membership and subscription numbers in the link provided below. If an internal membership/subscription number is not assigned, a Request for Membership Approval or Request for Subscription form must be approved by the President. Please feel free to contact Carol Smith for verification.
